Laptop sleeves are beautiful, cool or pretty ways to protect that precious piece of equipment. Whether your netbook is mostly used for work, gaming or staying in touch with friends, you really need a way to protect it against your life. For small laptops buying a laptop bag is a bit overdone. What you need is a sleeve that protects your netbook when it is IN your bag.
Some of the sleeves on this page cross over into bags anyhow, but they do it with so little extra baggage that I'm still showing them.
